Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds.
If your order has been damaged in transit or a product arrives broken, we’ll issue a credit note. This credit note can be redeemed only on the Coocuddle website.
If you prefer a refund instead of an exchange, we will issue a gift card for the purchase amount. The gift card will be sent to you after we receive the returned product. Please note that refunds in the form of a gift card are available only within 3 days of delivery and it is not applicable to sale items; those items can only be exchanged, not refunded.
Can I change my order once it has been placed?
Once an order is placed, it heads straight into our fulfilment process. We do not accept changes in orders after placement.
Exchange Policy
You can exchange items within 3 days of delivery if they are damaged, defective, incorrect, or if there is a size issue. You can click on orders and see the Exchange option. Exchange is only possible of the same product.
Non-Eligible Products: Returns or exchanges are not accepted for:
- Used or worn items
- Washed items
- Items not in their original condition
- Products missing original packaging or accessories
- Items without a readable serial number
- Hygiene Items – Cloth diapers, nappies, padded underwear
It is also required and highly recommended for you to do an unboxing video while opening the package to make sure that product was not damaged due to courier company fault and we are able to easily fix it for you. If there is no proper unboxing video, your claim will be rejected.

We will assist with the exchange and inspection process. Once we’ve reviewed and verified the concern (with proofreading below), we’ll issue a credit note within 3-5 business days after our inspection.
